Shipping & Returns Policy

Free Shipping

We currently offer FREE SHIPPING in the UK on orders over £200

Turnaround

All orders are processed as soon as possible. We strive to guarantee next business day delivery on most orders received no later than 12:00 Midday within the UK. Orders received no later than 15:00 in Ireland are delivered within 2 business days.

Carriers

Other than orders fulfilled by our own fleet, shipments are delivered by DPD or another reputable private courier. Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (This excludes weekends and holidays).

Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information and you will receive an email from the carrier with instructions re: tracking, delivery times, etc. Please note that some larger orders using our own fleet may not have tracking numbers but you can contact us directly with enquiries. 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is a flat rate which we strive to keep as low as possible by negotiating with our carriers. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

We offer free shipping on orders exceeding a given amount which is visible both here and in the checkout. We may, in our sole discretion, set and adjust minimum (or maximum) quantity and/or price requirements for any user to receive free shipping on any order placed.

Returns Policy

How to Return an Item

At Zeus we take pride in our quality products and we value our relationship with you. If at any time you feel our products do not meet your needs please return the item by following our e-commerce return policy within the applicable 30 day period.

A Return Authorization may be requested up to 30 days from the shipping invoice date.

Returns and refunds are only accepted for items purchased via our online store.

Items must be returned in its original condition and including the original packaging.

It is highly suggested to use a traceable shipping method for all returned items.

If an item is being returned for credit, no credit will be issued until the item has been inspected.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and are paid by you. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days (usually 2/3), depending on your card issuer's policies.
